Sanjeev and all:

I have utmost respect for all who have joined this list.  This list is
different then just a discussion forum.  I believe we have come
together in all seriousness to accomplish something that will have a
lasting impact on India.  Therefore, it is not my intention that
anybody leave the list.  But serious business does not mean that we
abandon humor and commonsense.  I think we should all be patient with
one another, give each other, at the very least, benifit of doubt, and
not jump to conclusions about people and their personalites.
Like you said Sanjeev, I am looking forward to making new
"intellectual"  bonds  and lasting friendships.  That is why I have
utmost respect for everyone on the list.  But respect like love has to
be mutual.  Yes, we all intend to abide by the rules. At the same time
let us be tolerant of each other, and an occasional slip here and
there should be ignored.
I am very pleased at the progress that this group is making.  Let us
