I was going through Ayn Rand's "Capitalism: The Unknown Ideal," and
thought it fit to steal one of her nice lines: 

"Regardless of the purpose for which one intends to use it, wealth must
first be produced." 

The Preamble has therefore been modified slightly by me as follows:

Earlier:

"That the only way to get rid of poverty is to make everyone rich." 

Now:

"* The only logical way to rid of poverty is to make everyone richer. 

* Regardless of the purpose for which one intends to use it, wealth must
first be produced." 

Hope everyone is OK with this, at the moment, at least. [I know these
statements are far from perfect, but finding perfection is a long and
arduous task ...]
