Mr. Roy might have profited from refering at the Dictionary before expressing 
his umbrage.

Rabid (adj):  
expressing strong feelings (Cambridge Online Dictionary)
going to extreme lengths in expressing or pursuing a feeling, interest, or 
opinion (Merriam Webster)
Marked by excessive enthusiasm for and intense devotion to a cause or idea 
(WordWeb Dictionary and Thesaurus)

 "rabid" means infected with rabies, which only dogs and rats can be, as far
 as I know.    Does Mr. Garg have any explanation for this uncalled for such
 rudeness on IPI?  We used to have a code of reasonable conduct in times
 before Mr. Garg may have joined.
