Re: IT focus group
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Please help make the Manifesto better, or accept it, and propagate it!
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Why don't the members familiar with Information Technology form a expert IT
focus group with in IPI and draw up plans for Indian IT sector, (after much
debate, of course) as if they had all the resources and decision making
power.
Unless we know what we want in short-term,and in long term, we will not
know what to do.
Truth is somewhere in between Mr. Aggarwals optimism and others reality.
Let us seek it.
Some ideas:
1)Recruit school childern as part time programmers, while paying for their
education. (We needn't outsource to no- body)
2)Shift focus to "system Software" as opposed to Application development
alone. (You can correct me if I am wrong)
Now throw out some ideas, show how good you are in IT.
Back from my short vanvas.
