Dr. Roy

You have alleged that software industry's export figures are "hype" which
implies that software companies are misrepresenting their financial results
and deceiving their shareholders. This is a very serious allegation as
criminal action can be taken against those companies if your allegation can
be proven.

The meaning of the word "hype" from the Webster dictionary is given below.

Main Entry: hype
Function: noun
Date: 1955
1 : Deception
2 : Publicity especially : promotional publicity of an extravagant or
contrived kind

It is one thing to say that you do not believe the export figures, (which
are based on generally accepted accounting principles). It is quite another
to allege that they are "hype" which implies deception and fraud.

The onus is on you to substantiate your claims.
