That is the single most significant argument for India and other
developing countries to counter any restrictive treaties on the issue of
Climate Change. Even if it is not suicidal any move away from this stand
will be inequitable. And our environmental policy should unambiguously
demand that of the massively-industrialised countries (in the CDM, JI,
Emissions Permits Prices,.)
