Brilliant point.  I was thinking exactly the same.  When it comes to
International News, Indians have a choice that the Government would love to get
its hands on.

However, my argument concerns local news which is far more important for the
local democratic institutions to function efficiently.  Anyhow, you have made an
excellent point regarding International news.
