Sorry to hear about this bruising of the resident aliens and assorted
other
migrants, but the more I hear from our distinguished foreign
correspondents
(other than Mr. Guptara and Mr. Srinath and Mr. Raju), the less inclined
I
am to alter my opinion, which was, I agree, logically separate from the
Major Bhatnagar issue, but not rhetorically so, as it has served to wake

people up to realities.  If Major Bhatnagar gets a little more attention
as
a result, well and good.    That may be the tip of the iceberg;
www.tehelka.com/ca080900kargil1.htm reports there are some 30-40 young
officers being court martialled under something being sarcastically
called
"Operation Whitewash".   Now that is an issue IPI may want to focus on.
