Please help make the Manifesto better, or accept it, and propagate it!

May I take an opportunity to remind my learned colleagues, that debate =
is not limited to inly negative issues.

Let us all join hands to congratulate our scientists for the excellent =
performance by showcasing the LCA and the AGNI II.

My concern is that, unfortunatley such high value national achievements =
are not adequately covered in the media. Be it print or electronic. It =
was hard to find a newspaper which gave intense indepth story of LCA. =
What came out was frills and at best some oblique criticism by some =
obscure personalities, who cannot see apprecaite any thing good in Inda.

Come on gentlemen, there is still many things to cheer about.
