Please help make the Manifesto better, or accept it, and propagate it!

Well I do not feel there is any shoof talent in India. What is really needed
is a good exposure and quality of work given. No one can learn software
development by just going to institutes. What really is needed is
environment and opportunity. Further the information regarding latest
technology is reaching india very late and it is needed that some cheaper
way of internet access be deviced with broad band.
